Previously I would feel ill or have flares at work, sometimes would miss social events or avoid eating at social events. Working with Niki was immensely helpful! She gave me more education and tips about low FODMAP and managing gut symptoms than any doctor ever has. I went into it thinking she would give me some recipes or meal plans, but it was so much more than that! I came out of every session with her armed with new information and ways to manage my gut health. I cannot express what a gamechanger this was in figuring out and managing my symptoms! Huge thanks!!
